APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Salt Lake City

I’m genuinely surprised this place doesn’t have better ratings because it’s AMAZING! My husband and I were able to secure a 6-month lease here, which is surprisingly hard to find in Salt Lake City. We mentioned we were moving out of our previous apartment the very next day, and they went above and beyond to help us move in that same day. It was the quickest and easiest turnaround ever! One of the highlights is their incredible handyman, Marvin. He’s super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always resolves our maintenance requests within 1–2 days—something we’ve never experienced at other places. When we got a puppy, we realized this is a fantastic place for dog owners. The surrounding neighborhood is cute, quiet, and perfect for walks. Plus, the building has a wonderful community of other dog owners, so our pup gets plenty of socialization with furry friends. The real cherry on top? The attached Pilates studio! It’s an absolute game-changer to be able to roll out of bed and take a Pilates class right in our building. Residents even get a great discount, which makes it even better. The management team is phenomenal—they’re always responsive and helpful. Our studio apartment feels open and clean with its tall ceilings and modern appliances. We rarely hear our neighbors, the underground parking is a huge bonus, and the location couldn’t be better. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Between the responsive management, quick maintenance, fantastic amenities, and the ideal location, this is hands down the best apartment experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

I found 27Nine Flats from driving through the neighborhood and fell in love with the aesthetic and pilates studio attached to it. I booked a tour and met Audra who showed me a beautiful and very spacious studio apartment that we quickly ended up applying for. Audra was so kind to give me her personal phone number to help me through the application process and answered many of my questions quickly. She was so great that she was able to help us move in as fast as the next day!! I have had such a stress-free experience moving in thanks to her support! We love our new home, it is the perfect location, price and size even as a studio for two people. Inside the apartment itself is so gorgeous, with super tall ceilings and all new amenities and white bright walls to make it feel very open. And the BEST part is that there’s a cute Pilates studio in the building, making it so much easier and fun to workout. I highly recommend this spot for anyone new to SLC or wanting to get a “downtown experience” without being downtown!
